Kairos
The name "Kairos" is a greek word and means something like - the right moment -, what's also the intension of this ensemble's music - a very special kind of intuitive improvised music where the audience take an active part of concentration and developing the sound.
In 1988 the band was founded by the famous trumpet player Markus Stockhausen and performed in Italy, Canada, Germany and the U.S.A.
At the end of 1990 the musicians made a cut to stop their very intensive work for a while, but always having the influences, athmosphere ans sounds in their minds and ears.
Now, they will come together again to continous ther process what started nearly 10 years ago.
